Is there a lock-in?
There's a 12-week minimum, then it's ongoing.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is normally $890 + GST. It's waived for our first 20 partners.
What do I need to get started?
Access to the places your leads come in: your Facebook page and lead forms, your Google Business Profile and WhatsApp. We do the setup with you.
Can I still reply to customers myself?
Course you can. If you jump in yourself, we step back so nobody's talking over each other.
How fast do you reply?
Back to you in 5. Guaranteed. Every enquiry from 6am to 8pm gets a reply within 5 minutes, offering a time to book in. Enquiries overnight get an instant reply, and a time offered from 6am. If someone insists on a phone call, we call within 5 minutes from 11am to 2pm, Monday to Friday (Gold Coast time), excluding Queensland public holidays. Outside those hours, we call as soon as we can, no later than the next business day.
Does the price include ad spend?
No. Plan prices don't include Facebook ad spend. On Scale, we run your Facebook ads. You set the budget, no minimum (we recommend from $300 a week to start).
