Service Terms
Back in 5 is a business name of Cameron Shakespeare, who is an undischarged bankrupt.
These terms cover the Back in 5 service for the businesses we work with ("you").
Plans and prices
- Foundation: $150 a week + GST.
- Performance: $300 a week + GST.
- Scale: $500 a week + GST. You set the Facebook ad budget, no minimum, and pay it separately.
Plans are charged weekly. All prices are + GST. What each plan includes is shown on our plans section. Add-ons are priced separately.
Setup
Setup is $890 + GST, waived for our first 20 partners.
Our guarantee
Back to you in 5. Guaranteed. Every enquiry gets a reply within 5 minutes, offering a time to book in. If someone insists on a phone call, we call within 5 minutes from 11am to 2pm, Monday to Friday (Gold Coast time), excluding Queensland public holidays. Outside those hours, we call as soon as we can, no later than the next business day.
Your customers' information
We handle your customers' details on your behalf to reply to and book them, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Minimum term
There's a 12-week minimum, then it's ongoing.
Other terms
Anything not covered here is agreed with you directly. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
